AEA
This project is managed by AEA, an international environmental consultancy firm specialising in the energy and environment sectors. AEA provide technical and policy advice in areas such as renewable technologies and climate change in the UK and on an international basis. AEA aims to help the public sector 'put policy into practice', and the private sector respond to the challenges and opportunities created by world-wide drivers - sustainable development, energy security, climate change, air quality, environmental management, and competitiveness.

National Carbon Sequestration Foundation
The National Carbon Sequestration Foundation (NCSF) is a not-for-profit partnership established in November 2001. Initially aimed at disseminating information on climate change and lobbying for the Russian ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, the company now focuses on providing a complete range of consultancy services to Russian and foreign companies and authorities on the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and exploring the opportunities provided by 'flexible mechanisms' on this international agreement. The mission of NCSF is to develop the Russian carbon market and help it to integrate smoothly and comprehensively into the global carbon market.

Met Office Hadley Centre
The Met Office Hadley Centre is the UK's official centre for climate change research and provides guidance to the UK government. The Met Office aims to understand the physical, chemical and biological processes within the climate system and develop computer models of the climate which represent them, in order to simulate the differences between global and regional climates, the changes seen over the last 100 years, and to predict changes over the next 100 years. The Met Office also monitors global and national climate variability and change and attribute recent changes in climate to specific factors. They undertake studies of the global climate using similar, though more extensive, models of the atmospheres, as are used for the prediction of weather conditions.

Roshydromet
Roshydromet is Russia's federal service for hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring. Roshydromet conducts environmental monitoring for meteorological forecasting and pollution levels utilizing a range of ground and space observation systems. Part of its scope includes conducting scientific research and analysis of data to inform government and organizations of climate risks regarding population and economic objects.

Climate Change Risk Management
Climate Change Risk Management is a specialist scientific consultancy in the UK made up of climate change academics. They offer technical and scientific expertise on a range of issues associated with contemporary and future climate change. Their areas of expertise include modelling future climate scenarios using General Circulation Models (GCMs), assessing the vulnerability of sites to sea level change, hydrological modelling and flood risk analysis, and examining water supply variations, natural hazard variability and climate change risk assessments.
